This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our free, ad-supported streaming platform for Nollywood and African content. By using NolliStream, you consent to these practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We process personal data of Nigerian citizens, residents, and non-residents interacting with our platform in accordance with NDPA principles: lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

•  Technical Data: Cookies, analytics (e.g., via Google Analytics), ad interactions for our AVOD model.

•  Payment Data: If you opt for ad-free upgrades (future feature), billing details via secure processors (e.g., Paystack, compliant with PCI DSS).

We do not collect sensitive data (e.g., health, religion) unless voluntarily shared (e.g., content preferences). For children under 13, we require parental consent per NDPR.
