Welcome to NolliStream (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a free ad-supported video-on-demand (AVOD) streaming platform dedicated to Nollywood and African cinema. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NolliStream website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and NolliStream. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes. Notifications of material changes will be posted on the Service or sent via email.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If under 18, you must have parental consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Content and Licensing

•  The Service provides streaming access to Nollywood films, series, and related content (“Content”).

•  We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream Content for personal, non-commercial use.

•  Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not download, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

•  User-generated content (if uploaded) must comply with our guidelines; you grant us a worldwide license to host and display it.

5. Advertising

The Service is free and ad-supported. Ads may include pre-roll, mid-roll, pause ads, or banners. We use third-party ad networks; ads are not endorsed by NolliStream.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

•  Use the Service for illegal purposes or to promote harmful activities.

•  Attempt to circumvent DRM, copy, or pirate Content.

•  Upload viruses or interfere with the Service’s functionality.

•  Harass users or violate privacy.

•  Use automated tools to scrape or access Content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and Content on the Service are owned by NolliStream or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NolliStream shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time for violations or business reasons. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.

12. Miscellaneous

•  These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

•  If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
